2025-2026 Budget Request Process

Thursday, Jan. 30 at noon is the deadline to submit ASFC budget requests for next academic year.

If funds are granted in this process, your organization will have a line item in the 2025-2026 ASFC budget booklet. Generally, the amount requested is for recurring costs related to campus events, programs, or services that support 17³Ô¹Ï students.

STEPS TO SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST

The deadline to submit ASFC Budget Requests is Thursday, Jan. 30, 2025 at 12 p.m.

1. Fill out the 2025-2026 Budget Request Form entirely.
2. Email completed budget requests as attachments to both:
   
   • Sky Weir, VP of Finance, [email protected]
   • Isha Vyas, ASFC Secretary, [email protected]
     NOTE: Please use the following subject line: 2025-2026 BUDGET REQUEST - Your Organization 
   • Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2025  at 2-4 p.m.
   • Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2025 at 2-4 p.m.
     NOTE: The VP of Finance will assign a 15 minute time slot for each presenter.Attend ASFC Finance Budget Hearings on following dates:
3. CHECK YOUR EMAIL for updates. The Finance Board will contact you in May following approval by the Board of Trustees.

   • Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2024 at 2-4 p.m.

4. CHECK YOUR EMAIL for updates. The Finance Board will contact you in May following approval by the Board of Trustees.

ASFC Fund Requests for 2023-2024

For fund requests that occur during the 2023-24 academic year, please follow the Fund Request Process below:

If you are submitting a fund request, you MUST...

1. Fill out the Fund Request Form entirely 
2. Email [email protected] AND [email protected] with the filled out form form attached. Start the subject line with FUND REQUEST - Your Organization 
3. Attend Finance Board on Tuesday at 2 p.m. in Council Chambers room 2018.
4. CHECK YOUR EMAIL for updates. 

Fund Requests MUST be submitted before Thursday 12 p.m. to be considered for the Campus Council meeting that week.

Any fund requests submitted after Thursday 12 p.m. will be considered for the following week's Campus Council meeting.
