ASFC Boards of Government

Inter Club Council (ICC)

To develop and recommend to the ASFC Campus Council such legislation, policies, codes, regulations, ASFC activities, and declarations as may be necessary to effectively implement, develop and coordinate ASFC activities and programs in the areas of Clubs, Organization Finance, Activities, and club Elections.

Appointed Positions

POSITION OPEN/CLOSED

ICC Finance Director

  • Meets with the ASFC Accountant to oversee and act upon clubs’ finances.
  • Assist clubs’ officers to understand clubs’ financial rights and responsibilities.
  • Maintains records of club funding and reimbursements

ICC Outreach Director

  • Work with club representatives to ensure their ICC forms follow ICC and ASFC policies.
  • Help organize and ensure the prosperity of club events.

ICC Club Secretary (non-voting & paid)

  • Takes accurate minutes at ICC meetings
  • Posts minutes in appropriate places and disseminates information to appropriate personnel to comply with Board Policy and State Law.
  • Provides receptionist support for the ASFC Campus Council Office, for a minimum of 14 hours per week.
  • Consistently updates the ICC Club List Library with appropriate agendas and minutes.

CLOSED

ICC Media Coordinator

  • Work closely with the Administration Board, Design Center, and clubs to design and promote online advertising for upcoming ICC and club events.
  • Oversees and actively updates all social media accounts for the ICC.
  • Assists clubs in making and sharing engaging social media posts.
  • Works to broaden student involvement in clubs and events.

CLOSED

ICC Events Coordinator

  • Assists clubs in planning the logistics for events, ensuring that events are both successful and in compliance with campus protocol.
  • Coordinates with ETS, Pacific Dining, and other on-campus resources to help clubs and ICC set up successful events.
  • Fosters a close relationship with club leaders and promotes club collaboration and communication.
  • Regularly attends club events.
  • Helps clubs and ICC brainstorm for future events.
