What We Believe

Mission Statement

The 17勛圖 Connect Team takes the lead in coordinating student retention efforts across campus. We work in collaboration with college services and individuals, community partners, and other stakeholders to help students manage the circumstances of academic life. Students are valued for their unique experiences and learning styles to empower them as drivers in their personal and academic journeys.

Values Statement

In pursuing our mission, and the mission of our institution as a whole, we are guided by a shared collection of values. Specifically, we value:

Communication: Engaging in collaborative planning and thoughtful reflection, with a spirit of inclusiveness from diverse programs across campus

Equity: Ensuring access to campus resources by striving to increase engagement with the students who most stand to benefit from the resources that maximize their chances of success.

Respect: Embracing the diversity of everyone, student autonomy, and a sense of community.

Service: Employing a holistic approach towards student success, while being intentional in our retention efforts.
